With nearly 24 years in the marketing and consulting services industry, Neel is a seasoned customer strategy and digital marketing specialist. His expertise is in driving strategic thinking, planning and governance with C-suites to help organizations build compelling and sustainable engagements with their customers. Neel has a wide breadth of knowledge across industry domains, blended with an appreciation of human centred design of customer experiences across Asia. Driven by a ruthlessly efficient approach to information synthesis, ideation and implementation, Neel is a pragmatic marketer who maintains a singular focus on value creation and business impact. He is a certified Design Thinking facilitator [National Design Council Singapore] and has completed level one training as an Executive Coach. Neel is passionate about working with entrepreneurs and supporting social enterprises, and has been associated with Found [Impact Hub] Singapore as a marketing mentor/ coach. Having lived and worked in Hong Kong/ China for nearly a decade, Neel is now based in Singapore.

With over 20 years of experience in the agency and consultancy industry, Angkea has developed an expertise in understanding complex digital challenges and successfully building teams to address them head-on. His digital career goes back to 2000 in Seattle as part of aQuantive (AveA, Razorfish, Atlas) which was acquired by Microsoft for $6B in 2007. Angkea relocated to Singapore in the summer of 2012 to gain ‘international experience’ while working with a global agency. His most recent oversea assignment was a year in Tokyo managing the migration and the subsequent launch of Adidas CRM program onto Adobe Campaign. He later returned to Singapore as VP to bring the APAC region of an online panel company to profitability. His proven successes in APAC have gave him the confidence to branch out as Co-Founder of TheEngage. Angkea’s responsibilities include, but not limited to; business development, strategy and planning, and account management.

Manoj Nair

Spanning multiple regional and local roles in various digital marketing and communications agencies over a period of more than 10 years, Manoj has extensive experience in delivering practical solutions to client digital marketing needs. An experienced digital marketing specialist, with skills in delivering both on client marketing activity as well as building agency delivery capability. He has a strong belief in using data analytics as an integral part of any marketing activity. Manoj has both participated and led multiple project for various clients in the areas of digital, social, mobile, CRM, data analytics and digital retail. Some of these projects included being part of  as well as leading the end to end setup of digital newsrooms and command center teams for clients in both B2B and B2C spaces with a focus on providing monitoring, reporting and insights to drive impactful marketing and communications programs in the digital and social space. His client experience includes both global brands such as Adidas, Coca-Cola, Starbucks, Nokia, Microsoft, P&G (multiple brands), Unilever (multiple brands), RGE, SwissRe, Monsanto and various Singapore Government ministries / agencies /statutory boards. Casey Neves

With over 10 years of experience at agencies and technology firms, Casey has guided multiple Fortune 500 brands through the crowded innerworkings of AdTech.  He started his career at Razorfish, Chicago, in 2007 quickly ascending to Media Technology Lead.  Recognizing a shift in media buying strategy, Casey relocated to Los Angeles to join the DSP Rocket Fuel leading the West Coast Account Management department while being a contributing member of one of the most successful IPO’s in the media industries history.  He continued as a department lead and executive at multiple DSP/SSP’s, including Media Math, Kargo and Amobee.  Casey currently resides in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where he consults brands on all things marketing, media and data for TheEngage.

Rheena Khera

Rheena is a passionate digital marketing professional with expertise in areas of integrated/digital marketing strategy & execution, operations & team leadership, network engagement, cross-market & agency management and business development. Her skills have been honed over the last 20 years through various account and project management roles in the Media & Advertising industry, including administration and finance in the corporate sector. She possesses solid experience and knowledge in managing regional accounts and projects, and excels in managing multiple concurrent projects, with great attention to detail, problem-solving, analytical and follow-through capabilities. With a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate internal teams, external agency partners, stakeholders and clients, Rheena has a strong track record of positive client experiences and retention across various industry domains and marketing platforms. Rheena’s recent experience includes managing regional client relationships for a leading global enterprise social media management platform. Rheena is partner at TheEngage and based out of Singapore.

Nithun Nanda

Senior Consultant, MarTech & Data Ops

Nithun is a seasoned digital marketing consultant who worked with local and regional clients on technology, energy, and FMCG brands. Over the years Nithun’s collaborations with agencies and brands has provided the opportunity to develop a skillset across multiple digital marketing functions – account and project management, campaign execution, reporting analytics, content development, website development, social media management, paid media (SEM, social ads) and digital analytics. This has enabled him to provide a comprehensive approach when developing and executing strategies for clients such as Shell, Roche Diagnostics, Philips, Monsanto, Dell, Exxon Mobil, Estee Lauder, Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, Suntory Food and Beverages, among others. Nithun’s recent experience includes working on a regional project to improve data and analytics for a global FMCG brand and for leading a regional engagement for a global enterprise social media management platform. Nithun is a Senior Consultant at TheEngage and is also based in Singapore.
